How can I track the progress of my order?
Your order will be assigned a status based on its place in line behind other orders. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. 

Here is a definition of each status:
In Review - Your order has been received and is awaiting review.
Scheduled - Your order has been placed on our production schedule to meet the lead time specified.
In Production - Your order has begun cutout and assembly.
Finish & Packaging - Your order is getting the finish applied, hardware installed, and being prepared for shipment. It is generally within 48 hours of shipping.
Shipped - Your order has shipped and the tracking number is available on your account page. You will also receive the tracking number by email.

Will I have to assemble my racks once delivered?
With the exception of our desks, all of our products are fully assembled. Desks are not fully assembled, but pre-assembled, so you can get them through the door for final assembly.

What is your warranty?
All products manufactured by AudioRax LLC have a lifetime warranty. See Terms for details.

What is the "Rack Rail Inset Dimension" option?
This is the distance the rack rails are mounted in place relative to the front edge of the rack. Most people choose the default 1/2" for equipment knobs and buttons to not protrude beyond the front of the rack. For a sleeker look, you can choose 1/4" or 1/8".

I want to match a finish from a previous order. Can you do this?
Of course! Please contact us before placing the order.

I want a black finish. Which stain should I choose?
The Ebony Stain will give you the darkest finish. It will be black, but still show some of the wood grain.

Shipping charges will not calculate on some of your products.
That is correct. Some products are too big for regular shipping methods. Please contact us and we will get you a freight quote.

I am ordering a complete desk and the shipping charges being calculated seem high.
This is because the shopping cart cannot calculate freight. Please contact us for a freight quote as this is usually cheaper than other methods for larger orders. If you are certain you are going to ship freight, and do not want to wait for a quote, you can apply coupon code "SplitPayShipping" and shipping charges will be removed from your order to be manually calculated later. This is the preferred method. We will invoice you for the exact freight cost the day before your order ships.

I would like to ship using my own shipping account or method. 
Not a problem. Apply coupon code "ThirdPartyShip" and shipping charges will be removed from your order. A note will be added that you will be providing your own shipping. Please provide us with the shipping method and/or account number in the special instructions on the checkout page. We will contact you if we have questions or need more information.

How soon will my order ship?
Due to the number of options available for our products, it is impossible to keep everything in stock. Therefore, all products are made to order. See our shipping policies for build and ship times. These are an estimate and depend on current order volume.

Do you offer a rush service?
Many of our products have the option of a rush/expedite fee of 35%, or a minimum of $50. If this service is available for the product you are looking at, it will be the last drop-down menu option. The rush time listed is production time only. Transit time will be in addition to the production time.

Do you offer a "White Glove" delivery service?
We offer deluxe shipping services to your address that include: scheduled delivery, two-man carry into the room of your choice, unpacking, and debris removal. Please email us for a quote.

How is shipping calculated?
Shipping rates are real-time carrier calculated. This means you pay the exact shipping cost. Never more.

Do you ship international?
Yes. Add your items to the cart for a shipping estimate or contact us for a quote. Once your items are in the cart, choose your country from the list for a shipping estimate. Duties and Customs Fees are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I estimate duty and taxes for international shipments?
We recommend using the FedEx duty and tax estimator, found here.
