We use BB/BB grade Baltic Birch plywood, which may contain up to six color-matched patches per 5×5-foot sheet. This is currently the only grade we stock, so we cannot guarantee patch-free material.
We always make every effort to position patches on inside surfaces where they are least visible, though this is not always possible.
Patch-free Baltic Birch is significantly more expensive and difficult to source. The BB/BB grade we offer provides the best balance between cost and appearance.
