Do I have to create an account to checkout?
No. You can checkout without entering a password, therefore not creating an account in our system. You will still get shipping notification to your email, but you will not be able to login to your account to track your order.

How can I track the progress of my order?
Your order will be assigned a status based on its place in line behind other orders. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. 

Here is a definition of each status:
Scheduled - Your order has been placed on our production schedule to meet the lead time specified.
Production - Your order has started cutout, assembly, and finish work.
Partial - Part of your order is backordered or awaiting completion.
Shipped - Your order has shipped and the tracking number is available on your account page. You will also receive the tracking number by email.

Will my gear work with your 4-hole rack rails?

Will I have to assemble my racks once delivered?
With the exception of our desks and Standard Series products, all of our products are fully assembled. Desks are not fully assembled, but pre-assembled, so you can get them through the door for final assembly.

What is your warranty?
All products manufactured by AudioRax LLC have a five year warranty. See Terms for details.

What is the "Rack Rail Inset Dimension" option?
This is the distance the rack rails are mounted in place relative to the front edge of the rack. Most people choose the default 1/2" for equipment knobs and buttons to not protrude beyond the front of the rack. For a sleeker look, you can choose 1/4" or 1/8".

My equipment is not lining up with the holes in the rack rails.

I want to match a finish from a previous order. Can you do this?
Of course! Please contact us before placing the order.

What material is used for your painted finishes?
Painted finishes are over MDF or Baltic Birch plywood. This material provides the best surface for paint adhesion and smoothness. We seal all painted finishes with the same clear poly used on our solid wood finishes.

I want a black finish. Which finish should I choose?
Ebony (dye stain) will give you the darkest stained finish. It will be black, but still show some of the wood grain. We recommend Ebony / Beech for a perfect black wood finish. If you prefer a solid finish, then choose Matte Black Painted.

I want a white finish. Which finish should I choose?
If you prefer a solid white finish, choose Snow White Painted or Antique White Painted.

How soon will my order ship?
Due to the number of options available for our products, it is impossible to keep everything in stock. Therefore, all products are made to order. See our shipping policies for build and ship times. These are an estimate and depend on current order volume.

Do you offer a rush service?
We no longer offer any expedite services due to current order volumes. This may change over time.

Do you offer a "White Glove" delivery service?
We offer deluxe shipping services to your address that include: scheduled delivery, two-man carry into the room of your choice, unpacking, and debris removal. Please email us for a quote.

Do you ship international?
Yes. Add your items to the cart for a shipping estimate or contact us for a quote. Once your items are in the cart, choose your country from the list for a shipping estimate. Duties and Customs Fees are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I estimate duty and taxes for international shipments?
We recommend using the FedEx duty and tax estimator, found here.

My credit card keeps getting declined and I live outside the U.S.
Our credit card processor has a very strict fraud management system that is sometimes not compatible with international addresses. We recommend using PayPal to checkout for international orders.
