As Good As It Looks!

I picked up this monitor stand for my secondary room where I really needed to just house a monitor controller and an interface. The stand looks just as beautiful in person as it does on the website, and is constructed the way you would expect a custom, solid-wood piece like this to be. The finish was very true to the pictures, and matched my desk almost identically. If I had any suggestion, it would be to add some kind of non-slip feet or rubber strip to the bottom of the unit, as it does slide across whatever surface you place it on fairly easily until you get some gear loaded in it. These are easily added after-market, however, and the issue is not enough to reduce its 5-star rating, as the construction is just something you don't find anymore in commercially-produced studio racks. Great job, guys; I'll most likely be back for more!

Q: What is the maximum weight that this stand can support?

A: That depends on the joinery selection. Finger joints can support 200 pounds. Mitered joints less - probably more like 100 pounds.
