Q:Hi there. What is the clearance of the space? I have a power amp with WHD 17/8”/19”, can it fit inside? If I need 2 of this, one on top the other, how you mount them together? Thanks

A: The inside clearance without the rack rails is 19.125 inches wide, 7.125 inches high, and whatever depth you choose - up to 16 inches. If you require a depth greater than 16 inches, please contact us for a custom quote.

Q:I'm interested in buying one of your 4 space racks in Northwest Cherry with Oil Stain. It's not clear to me in the description, would this receive lacquer? My client refers matte, natural finishes.
Asked by: David Tolomei
- 1/23/2021
A: All stained racks do get 3 to 4 top coats of lacquer. Our lacquer is a 5% sheen - definitely matte - almost flat.

Q:I need a rack, or stand, to get a UST 11" off the floor. Your STR4U-10-BB-UFD-M comes close but It looks to be about 9" high with the standard rubber feet. What about the medium duty feet? There are some adjustments possible with the feet of the projector. Any suggestions on how I can get to 11 (this is not Spinal tap)!? Thanks,
G

A: A 5U rack would get you there. You can purchase a 6U rack (for pricing) and out a note in the checkout comments to build as a 5U rack. The height would be around 10 inches before feet are added.

Q:Can this be made 18 inches deep ? If so, how do I customize?
Asked by: Pavan.chintapalli
- 6/17/2025
A: The easiest way would be to place an order for the 16 inch and put a note in the comments box on the checkout page that you want to customize to 18 inches deep. We will see that and contact you with the price and can collect the payment difference then.

Q:hi, are your premium racks stackable? I'm not an audio professional with need for studio equipment, but just a home hifi fan who would like to get a verticle stand for my three components. Thanks!
Asked by: Jon Eckleben
- 10/16/2025
A: Yes, our Premium Series Racks are stackable. I would recommend the optional rubber feet to keep them from sliding around on each other.
