#10-32 x 16mm Truss Head Phillips Screw and Washer
For securing equipment to rack rails

Due to aluminum being softer than steel, we HIGHLY recommend running a standard steel screw into the rack rail to clean out any powder coating or paint. After the threads are clean, hand-tighten the aluminum screws into place and only use a screwdriver (NOT A DRILL) for the last couple turns.

Q: A little worried that they might strip out and not be able remove audio hardware

A: We ran quite a few tests with a screwdriver and then a drill. We were able to mar the head with a drill long before there was enough torque to strip the threads. As long as you only use a screwdriver, there should be no problems.

A: Yes, these come with a black nylon washer.

A: If by size of screw, no. We only have the #10-32 size. If by package size, no. We only sell these in a 25 pack.
