NET Terms / Purchase Orders
All orders require full payment upfront. We no longer accept purchase orders or offer NET terms.
We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return it. Please contact us by email or support ticket within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return, exchange, or refund.
Returns must be in original packaging, unused, and in new condition. We’ll refund the original purchase price, minus shipping costs and any applicable expedite fees. Items returned damaged or in non-resalable condition may incur a 20% restocking fee or be refused.
Free shipping promotions are non-refundable — any returned items will have actual shipping costs deducted from the refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom and special-order products are not returnable.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, please inspect all items within 48 hours of delivery and notify us immediately by email with photos. We will replace any defective parts or products at our expense. Please note that our warranty covers replacement only — not refunds.
All products must be returned in original condition. The customer is responsible for any brokerage, duties, or return shipping fees. No returns are accepted after 30 days from delivery. After 30 days, all claims fall under our warranty policy.
Our liability is limited to the replacement value of the product. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order at no charge as long as production hasn’t started yet. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Refusing delivery will not count as a cancellation — you will be responsible for all shipping, freight, storage, and return costs, plus a 20% restocking fee.

Photos shown on our Materials & Finishes pages are for reference only. They have been digitally reproduced by the stain manufacturer. Actual colors and appearance on your finished product may vary due to natural differences in the wood grain, moisture content, and how your screen displays images. For these reasons, AudioRax LLC cannot be responsible for your choice of wood or stain color. We strongly recommend ordering a sample.
Warranty
All products manufactured by AudioRax LLC carry a five-year limited warranty to the original owner. This warranty covers only wood components physically manufactured by us and does not include normal wear and tear.Natural wood movement caused by changes in temperature or humidity, such as shrinking, expanding, or splitting, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have a warranty issue,ve you have a warranty issue, please contact us.
