A: Yes. You can put a note in the special instructions box on the checkout page to "please build 10 inches deep". We will see that and make sure it happens.

Q: Is it possible to order one without the bottom base?

A: Yes, we have built this without the bottom for other clients. Place the regular version in your cart and go to the checkout page. There is a text box at the bottom of the checkout page for special instructions. Enter "Build without bottom" in this box. We will see that on your order and make sure it happens.

Q: It says under 'Specifications' that there are Baltic Birch models, however I don't see any under 'Choose Wood Species', only Birch. Is it possible to order the Baltic birch model? Namely because of the modified length 59' 7/8".

A: Baltic Birch is no longer available for a variety of reasons out of our control.

Q: The photo shows the cable holes. Are they not there at all if I don’t select the option for them or is that something different? Thanks

A: Correct. You must select the cable pass-through holes option to have them there. Otherwise, there is nothing.

Q: Could I get this built with finger joints?

A: Absolutely. Not all materials are available with finger joints. You need to change the wood selection to a solid wood and you will see the option of finger joints.
