I am currently re-designing the waveforms to be parallel to the wood grain on the top panel, instead of perpendicular. This should reduce tear-out and CNC chatter in the top waveform that I have been dealing with for a decade. This will also allow me to create a standard top panel waveform that lines up the various cooling fan systems that can be mounted in the top 1U for exhaust ventilation.
I welcome any comments or suggestions below.
